English Cocker Spaniels - Heart

This piece is called "Heart" in the recognition of the passion that English Cockers have for the wonderful work they do in the field. Whether popping up over the heather in the Highlands or scaling walls and ditches they are amazing characters. Shown here cast in bronze and presented on a lovely warm mahogany base.

The process of casting bronze is called "lost wax casting" (Cire perdue) and for more details on this process, please visit the page I have created in the index, I think it gives a fairly good overview of the process.
